Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We believe in offering hygienic and superior quality products. All sales are final and any products purchased cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of products offered, orders once placed cannot be cancelled. Incase, you wish to modify an order by adding more products, kindly create a new order.

However, in the unlikely event or circumstances beyond our control, where you could receive a product that is not as per the specifications of the original order, then, We will be happy to address the issue, provided you bring the same to our attention within 04 (four) hours of receipt of the product.
